Emily Liu is an associate in the firm’s Dallas/Ft. Worth office.
During law school, Emily was an active moot court competitor, winning the 2015 Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition and earning recognition for both oral and written advocacy in several other national competitions. Emily was inducted into the National Order of Barristers and named to the SMU Pro Bono Honor Roll. As an undergraduate student, she studied abroad in Northern Ireland, Kenya, Cameroon, and Zambia.
Prior to joining EMH, Emily gained valuable litigation experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Hal R. Ray, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys practicing yoga, running outdoors, and visiting her native Hawaii.
