Casey Minnes maintains a general civil litigation practice. Since joining EMH, she has gained experience in product liability, fraud, property, bankruptcy, and RICO matters.
Casey graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the Law & Psychology Review. She also participated in moot court competitions, including the Bruce Siegal Intellectual Property Moot Court Team and the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. Prior to joining EMH, Casey learned about employment class actions while working as a law clerk for a small litigation firm in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Casey enjoys traveling, making homemade pasta, and rooting for her favorite sports teams—the Green Bay Packers and the Montreal Canadiens. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two lab-mix rescue dogs.
