Anne Kathryn Hunter is an associate in the firm’s Houston office and is licensed in Louisiana and Texas.
Prior to joining McDowell Hetherington, Anne Kathryn served as counsel for a Washington D.C. based global business consulting firm focusing on SEC and FINRA filings. She then served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Dee Drell of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
During law school, Anne Kathryn was active in Moot Court, winning first place and best brief in the Saul Lefkowitz National Trademark Law Moot Court Competition, Southwest Division, and was a National Finalist. She also served as the executive treasurer of the LSU Student Bar Association and interned with Judge James Brady of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. She studied abroad in France and Australia.
In her free time, Anne Kathryn enjoys exercising, practicing calligraphy, volunteering with local Houston organizations, and cheering for the LSU Tigers.
